Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for rackets and ball packages)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- ITF-approved equipment (once opened/used)
- Box of balls (if packaging seal is broken)
- Practice balls (once removed from original packaging)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping)
Exchange Policy
Need a different size racket grip or court shoe? We’re happy to exchange:
- Size exchanges for shoes (All court, Clay court, Grass court, or Casual shoes)
- Grip size changes for rackets (Allround, Comfort, or Junior rackets)
- Color/style exchanges for apparel (Dresses, Hoodies & Sweaters, Jackets, Pants)
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your tennis gear arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
International Returns
For our global tennis community (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
