Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Exchange Options

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • ITF-approved equipment (once opened/used)
  • Box of balls (if packaging seal is broken)
  • Practice balls (once removed from original packaging)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tennis gear arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

International Returns

For our global tennis community (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
